Rental application

To move forward with submitting an offer on a rental property, each applicant age 18 or older must complete the required rental application and submit the applicable screening fee.

Please have the following ready:

• • One month of recent employment pay stubs, an employment offer letter, or bank statements to verify income
  • A clear copy of a valid driver’s license for each adult who will be on the lease
  • $100 application fee for each applicant age 18 or older

The application process includes a review of credit, eviction history, and background as required for the rental screening process.
